At Jaipur Property Wallah, we strive to provide transparent and reliable real estate services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be applicable.

1. Nature of Services

Jaipur Property Wallah operates as a real estate service provider, offering assistance in buying, selling, and renting properties. We do not sell physical products; therefore, refunds are subject to service-based conditions.

2. Booking / Token Amount

• Any token amount or booking fee paid to secure a property is non-refundable unless:

  • The deal is canceled due to verified legal issues with the property, or

  • The seller/owner withdraws from the agreement.

• Refunds in such cases will be processed after proper verification.

3. Service Charges / Brokerage Fees

• Brokerage or service fees paid for completed services (property visits, negotiations, documentation support) are non-refundable.

• If the deal does not materialize due to client decision, no refund will be provided.

4. Advance Payments

• Any advance paid for services will be adjusted against final service charges.

• Refunds for advance payments will only be considered if services have not yet been initiated.

5. Cancellation by Client

• If a client cancels after service initiation, no refund will be issued.

• If cancellation occurs before any work begins, partial refunds may be considered at the company's discretion.

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Third-Party Transactions

• Jaipur Property Wallah is not responsible for payments made directly to property owners, builders, or third-party agents.

• Any disputes regarding such payments must be resolved directly with the concerned party.
